Imagine a web of permaculture artisans weaving a web through the canopies of trees, protecting and connecting each system to create harmony within. There can only be one language or religion in the natural world and that is, to me, to just be the best me. Be the best you you can be in every given moment as every tree and every blade of grass aspires to be. This is what nature intends.
Several years ago, when Marion was away for so long, and we had no idea when she would be able to return, I went down an anxiety/depression shaft. The doc prescribed two meds, and they nearly tipped me completely. Like all living things, our physical bodily systems depend on numerous biochemical cocktails to enable thoughts, sensations, movements, digestion, emotions and and and, but those cocktails are not "us", they are what is used by us. In depressed, heightened, excited or altered states, those cocktails have modified structures or altered ratios between them. Regular biochemists, therapists or doctors may think they understand the structure and reactivity of the chemical meds they prescribe, but their understanding is blunt and frequently lethal. Ta-ta for now :)
